Fitness Training in Costa Rica

Join me for a week (or maybe more?) as I give you the inside scoop to what it really takes to live the fitness life. Not just on the outside, but what you put in your body. Our week together will be spent teaching you all the necessary tools to not only make your body look good in the short-term, but provide you with long-lasting health benefits. With an equal balance of fun and education, you will almost forget you are here to learn.

Whether you are on a budget, or want to stay in some of the most luxurious places in Costa Rica, Uvita has all bases covered. From the local hostel on the beach for as little as $15/night to multi million dollar luxury villas that can accomodate any group with. Arrangement can me made with our local friends to accomodate your needs and budget.

Deep lush rain forests, wild brown sugar soft sand for miles in every direction and animals like being ina zoo with no fences. Just where is Uvita, Costa Rica?
Located in a remote town approx 3 hours from San Jose, you will find the small town of Uvita. With its perfect location on the south pacific coast, its is a place unlike no other on earth.
What does a typical day look like?
- (5a-6a) Awaken to the sounds and smells of the jungle
- (6a-7a) Breakfast
- (7a-10a) Morning fitness session and/or planned activity*
- (11a-1p) Lunch and rest
- (2p-6p) Exploration time
- (6p-7p) Dinner
- (7p-8p) PM Fitness Information Session (new topic nightly)
- (8p-?) Arrangements/transportation can be made to indulge in local nightlife
*Planned activities can include surf lessons/surfing, SUP (paddle boarding) , snorkeling, ziplining, scuba, whale watching, canyoning, atv/off road touring, hiking, waterfall excursions etc.
