I originally wanted to have Michael on to talk about his fitness transformation as well as his project Fit Dad Fitness, and the conversation quickly turned into a deep look into mindset and mental capacity. Obviously, everything you do starts with your mind and it is a huge portion of what keeps you focused and motivated to continue on the path of personal wellness. We also talk about building muscles, how important movement really is for a human and whee to start with your diet.
This was an incredibly fun and insightful time that is very relatable to anyone who has either tried and failed, or just getting started on a fitness journey of their own.
