Lennon is an Exercise Physiologist and has gone through a ridiculous transformation losing 175 pounds along the way.
When I was first thinking about launching my podcast a few years back, Lennon was one of the guests I wanted to have on early to help set the tone for the podcast. His story is one of a regular person with a weight problem. One day, he decided he had had enough, but I will let him tell you the details.
I first met Lennon when I had gone to work in the “big box” gym early in my career. I can undoubted say I learned a lot from him and he always had some great tips to pass on from his wide knowledge base. We would hang out in the gym while shooting hoops in the evening as we were off our daily shifts.
